ADS-Share – Terms of Service
Welcome to ADS-Share, a smart platform by GoodPegg designed to help you add and share items with your customers and collaborate with your dealer friends. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline your rights and responsibilities when using ADS-Share. By accessing our app and using any of its features, including subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1.1 Subscription Services ADS-Share offers an auto-renewable subscription at INR 99 per month. Subscribing unlocks the premium feature which allows users to add more than 5 items.
1.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
1.3 Managing Your Subscription You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store. No refunds will be issued for partial usage or unused time after cancellation. If cancelled, access to premium features continues until the current billing cycle ends.
1.4 Price Changes We may update the subscription price. If we do, we will notify you in advance. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the new billing cycle begins.
Use of the Platform ADS-Share is intended for use by individuals or businesses to create and distribute items. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to enter into contracts. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You must use the app lawfully and ethically, and agree not to use it to send unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful content.
Intellectual Property All content, designs, and templates within ADS-Share are the intellectual property of GoodPegg. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the app solely for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app or its assets without prior written permission.
Modifications to the Platform We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or its services without prior notice. ADS-Share is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties.
Privacy Policy Summary We just collect or store the user name, business name and phone number on our servers. Any information you enter (e.g., business name, contact details) is used only for item creation on your device. We may use third-party tools (like Firebase) for anonymized analytics and crash reporting. Access to the photo library or device storage is only used to allow you to save or load items locally.
Indemnification and Limitation of Liability You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoodPegg, its employees, and partners from any legal claims, losses, or damages resulting from: Your violation of these Terms, Your content shared using ADS-Share, Or any unauthorized use of the app. We shall not be liable for: Any indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost revenue, business disruption), Data loss or breaches outside our control, Or any total damages exceeding INR 1,000, or the minimum limit as allowed under applicable law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably within 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Chandigarh, conducted in English. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
