2. Use of the Platform

Movemetrics is designed for users who wish to measure object volumes using their device’s LiDAR sensor.

• By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to enter into contracts.
• If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• You must use the app lawfully and ethically, and agree not to use it for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

All code, designs, and processing algorithms within Movemetrics are the intellectual property of Movemetrics.

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the app solely for its intended functionality.
• You may not copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app or its assets without prior written permission.

4. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or its services without prior notice.

Movemetrics is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

5. Privacy Policy Summary

• We do not collect or store personal data on our servers.
• Any scan data or object measurements are stored locally on your device.
• We may use third-party tools (e.g., Firebase) for anonymized analytics and crash diagnostics.
• Camera permissions are only used for scanning and showing user-generated data locally.
